Prepare to indulge your senses. Head Over Heelz Salon and Spa offers a full, exciting menu of skin care, body care and hair care services. So where do you begin? Perhaps a chenille throw and a good book in our tranquility aisle should be your first stop.

Appointment Policies
Please arrive early for your appointment to ensure that your services run as smoothly as possible. We cannot guarantee service for late arrivals. No cash or charge refunds on services will be given. Please be aware that our Spa is an adult facility. For their own safety and the comfort of other clients, we ask that children not accompany you on your visit. At no time are children under 12 permitted in the spa. Smoking is not permitted. Cell phones need to be turned off when you enter the Spa. Prices subject to change without notice.
For GROUPS and SPA PACKAGES, please telephone our Package Coordinator to request appointments. We need to ask questions to ensure your package is booked correctly.

Cancellations
We ask that you notify us at least 24 hours in advance, if you are unable to keep your appointment. Spa Packages must be cancelled at least 72 hours in advance or you will be charged the full amount.

Spa: Monday 9:00 AM-5:00 PM
Tues -Sat 9:00 AM-9:00 PM
Salon: Monday 8:00 AM-9:00 PM
Tues -Sat 8:00 AM-9:00 PM

Check-In
Please check into The Spa at least 30 minutes before your scheduled appointment. This will give you ample time to enjoy the facilities, warm your muscles, relax and prepare for your treatment. If this is your first visit to the spa, a full 45 minutes prior to your appointment is needed to ensure that we give you proper care during your service.

Attire
The Spa provides robes and slippers for your treatment. Since the Spa cannot be responsible for lost jewelry and other valuables, please leave these items at home.

Spa Cuisine
Spa Cuisine is available with most packages, but we need at least 24 hours prior to your visit to make the arrangements. Ask our Package Coordinator for a menu of our food selections

General Information: If you are pregnant, disabled or require special attention, please advise when you schedule your appointment so that we can make any necessary arrangements for your maximum comfort and enjoyment.

Cell Phones/Pagers: In consideration of our spa guests, we request that cell phones and pagers be turned off before entering the spa area. If you must make a call, please ask one of our staff members for assistance.

Gift Certificate/Cards: Gift certificates/ cards are available for all occasions and can be redeemed toward services or products. They cannot be purchased in conjuction with special offers or discounts. They must be presented upon check-in. Lost or stolen certificates/cards will not be replaced. Appointments cancelled with less then 24 hours’ notice will receive 50% service fee deducted from the certificate/card. No shows will receive a 100% fee deduction.

Gift Registry: Tell us what services you would like to receive as a gift and we will slip a note to your husband, significant other, mom, dad or friend.
