Call Center - answer phones, schedule appointments, prepare gift card orders, collect information for spa packages, confirm appointments, correct appointment conflicts and assist with mailings. Pleasant speaking voice required.
Spa Coordinator - assist customers throughout their spa visit: check-in, paperwork, customer orientation, flow of appointments, provide refreshments and assist customer during check out procedures. A poised, professional manner a must.
Check-In - greet customers upon arrival, check-in appointments, take coats, etc. if necessary, direct customers to proper waiting area, assist with sales, manage flow of appointment book.
Check-Out - upsell products and prebooking of appointments, check customers out, sell gift cards, manage individual register and drawer. Polite, professional & courteous peronality a must.
Housekeepers - Housekeepers - our golden employees behind the scenes - are needed to help maintain salon and spa laundry and keep our facilities looking beautiful. Full and part-time positions are available for mature individuals. Reliability and attention to details are a MUST to be part of our Housekeeping Team!
Nail Apprentices - Why spend unnecessary hours and money on education, when you can get one while working at Head Over Heelz? By becoming a Nail Apprentice, not only will you get paid while learning, but you will also receive more extensive, hands-on training than you would at nail school. A new career is closer than you think!
Styling Assistants - If you desire a career in the beauty industry, but are not yet equipped to join our styling department, this is an excellent first step! You'll not only gain valuable experience technically, but you'll learn the Head Over Heelz culture as well. Must be mature and willing to work as part of a well-organized TEAM.

Salon Professionals
The New Talent Development Program will put you on the fast track to becoming a successful stylist. Explore the principles of design and color and learn how to create anything your mind desires. Experience interactive training through the use of many different mediums. Evolve your technical and communication skills to take your career to the next level!
Head Over Heelz Salon and Spa is looking for motivated and experienced stylists and colorists to work in our award-winning salon. You MUST be a team player & provide SUPERIOR customer service! You MUST be willing to use your talents to transform your clients into head-turning divas and men of style! Excellent income potential available. Stylists trained in multi-cultural hair services - especially natural hair - are especially desired.
